The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released a massive notification for the recruitment of Group D (Level-1) posts. A total of 21,997 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment drive. Educational Qualification
- Must have passed 10th Standard (Matriculation) from a recognized Board.
- OR, 10th Pass plus National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
- OR, 10th Pass plus ITI from institutions recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
- Note: Candidates must possess the prescribed qualification on or before the closing date (02.03.2026).
Age Limit
(As on 01.01.2026)
- For UR/EWS candidates, the age must be between 18 to 33 years.
- Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates is applicable.
- Additional relaxation is available for PwBD and Ex-Servicemen as per government rules.
Monthly Salary
- The salary will be paid according to Level-1 of the 7th Pay Commission (CPC).
- Initial Basic Pay: ₹18,000/- plus DA, HRA, and other allowances.
